Unfortunately, this is no exception. Many applications for a Schengen visa are rejected by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
It is difficult to obtain a Schengen visa these days. The purpose of travel must be well substantiated and there must be no risk of permanent settlement in the Netherlands (danger of settlement).
Many applications for a Schengen visa are therefore rejected.
The main reason for rejection of a tourist visa is the so-called danger of settlement or it
purpose and circumstances of the intended stay that have not been sufficiently demonstrated. The IND suspects
in that case there is a high chance that the person on the tourist visa will settle illegally in the Netherlands after the expiry of the validity period.
Schengen visa rejection objection procedure
Has your application for a Schengen visa been rejected? We strive for a successful objection procedure with a thorough objection. Objection after positive decision
Have you received a positive decision on your application for a Schengen visa? But do you disagree with, for example, the start date or validity of the visa? Then you can only object once you have collected your visa. Objectin 4 weeks after you have collected the visa from the Dutch embassy or consulate.
Decision period for objection procedure
The IND has 4 weeks to decide on your objection. That period is called the decision period. This 4-week period starts on the date you receive the decision. The decision period starts on the last day on which you could object. Even if you have already objected earlier than that day.
Your objection is declared well-founded
The decision is positive: Your objection is well-founded. This means that the IND agrees with you. You will still receive a positive decision on your Schengen visa application. This means that you will receive the Schengen visa or transit visa. You can collect the visa within 3 months from the Dutch embassy or consulate where you applied for it.
Conditions for Schengen visa application
✓ You have a valid travel document, for example a passport. The travel document must be submitted after the end
are still valid for 3 months of the visa period. It may also not be older than 10 years.
✓ You have at least €55 per person per day for the duration of your stay in the Netherlands; or
someone in the Netherlands will guarantee you. This could be the inviting referent or a
random third person. The guarantor hassufficient and sustainable income. The referent
uses the formEvidence of guarantee and/or private accommodation including the
additional documents listed under checklist.
✓ You have (medical) travel insurance taken out in your name. You take out the insurance in your
country of origin (or another country). The person you invite can also take out the insurance for you
close in the Netherlands. The insurance has coverage of at least €30,000 for medical
costs in itSchengen area and covers at least the following costs:

Costs for return to country of origin for medical reasons.

Urgent medical care.

Emergency treatment in hospital.

✓ You have sufficient reasons to return to your country of origin or residence. For example because
you work there, have (school-age) children or own your own home. A return ticket alone is not enough.
✓ You are not a danger to public order, national security or international relations
from one of the Schengen countries.
Costs of objection procedure
There are costs associated with an objection procedure. You pay for the work of Immigration Services the Netherlands. We charge a fixed amount of€199,- exclusive of VAT per notice of objection.
We will take care of your objection and guide you throughout the entire objection procedure until the objection is declared well-founded and you travel to the Netherlands with a Schengen visa.

Complete your registration by completing the registration form. You can then complete the visa application safely
pay online via one of the payment methods: iDeal (most commonly chosen payment method) PayPal or credit card (Mastercard / Visa).
Step 3 - Confirm
As soon as we have received your registration via our website, we will confirm the order by e-mail through a written order confirmation. After creating the file and confirming the assignment, we will start working on your case.
You will receive an email from us with what you need to create a file. We store your data in our system. This information will not be provided to third parties and is only intended for the assignment and processing of the necessary forms and documents.
After receiving the necessary documents for the objection procedure, you authorize
us to object on your behalf against the negative decision on the Schengen visa application.
We strive to file the objectionwithin 5 working days to be submitted to the IND; the Immigration and Naturalization Service. Thelegal decision period of the IND6 - 12 weeks.
